File Download Instructions
Overview
When downloading files from the business system, the download will proceed according to the policies of SHIELDGate.
If downloaded normally, according to the set policySHIELDGate File CabinetorUser PCwill be saved.
If an error occurs during the download process**Message guiding the cause of the error and the solution.**is displayed.
The main possible download failure cases are as follows.

| 2000 | not found entity | Cannot find storage, unable to download the file. Please request storage permissions from the administrator. |
| 2001 | no permission write | An unexpected error occurred and the file cannot be downloaded. For more information, please contact the administrator. |
| 2006 | invalid entity name | The file name does not follow the rules and cannot be downloaded. 1) The file name length can be up to 255 characters. 2) Disallowed special characters:\ / : * ? "" < >Please try again after renaming the file. |
| 2012 | user usage exceeded | You cannot download because you have exceeded the available personal storage capacity. Please delete existing files or request an increase in capacity from the administrator. |
| 2021 | extension not supported | The extension is not supported. Please contact the administrator to check the extension settings. |
| 1001 | cssb interface error | An unexpected error occurred, and the file cannot be downloaded. For more information, please contact the administrator. |
| 1014 | webdav interface error | An unexpected error occurred and the file cannot be downloaded. For more information, please contact the administrator. |
| 5003 | not found company extra | An unexpected error has occurred, and the file cannot be downloaded. For more information, please contact the administrator. |
| 6000 | not found user | User information is not registered in SHIELDrive, so you cannot download. Please try again after logging in to SHIELDrive once. |
| 10000 | not found unified storage | An unexpected error occurred and the file cannot be downloaded. For more information, please contact the administrator. |
| 10003 | unused unified storage | File storage is disabled, and you cannot download files. Please contact the administrator to enable storage. |
| 13003 | no permission | You do not have upload permissions for the storage, so you cannot download the file. Please contact the administrator to request upload permissions. |
| -1 | unknown error | An unexpected error has occurred, and the file cannot be downloaded. Please contact the administrator. |

Solution Guide
Users can refer to the methods below to resolve the issue after checking the download failure message.
- Check file nameUse a file name within 255 characters and modify it to ensure that it does not contain any disallowed special characters.
- Check Storage Status: Contact the administrator to request storage activation and capacity allocation.
- Check Extension: Check if the file extension you want to download is a supported format.
- Permission Check: If the download fails due to insufficient access rights, please request permission from the administrator.
- Check Network and System Status: If an internal network failure or system error occurs, please try again after some time or contact the administrator.
- When an unexpected error occurs: If the problem persists, contact the administrator to check the system logs and request further action.
